The students and teachers from the
secondary school “Hristo Botev” in Nikopol , Bulgaria celebrated the Day of
Europe - 9 May with some interesting activities. The celebration took place at
the town hall and started with a Reading marathon in English, in which 52
students read English texts to demonstrate their reading skills. Students showed
interesting presentations about the countries involved in the project. The Day
of Europe ended with a cuisine exhibition where traditional dishes from Malta,
Italy, France, Poland and Bulgaria were displayed for tasting.
