Programme of Activities

• 22^nd November - Arrival of all the groups
• In the afternoon – One can decide to go for a walk along the coast of ST. Paul’s Bay, Bugibba Square and Qawra .
• 19.00pm Dinner
•  
• 23^rd November - Whole day Valletta
• 8.15 am / 8.30 am – Departure from Hotel
• 9.30 am – Visit of St. John’s Co-Cathedral  
• 11.30 am - Saluting Battery at Upper Barrakka which starts at 12.00 pm
• 12.15 pm - Possibility of Shopping & Lunch in Valletta
• 14.30 pm - Malta 5D Show starting at 15.00
• 15.30 pm - Walks around Valletta.
• 17.00 pm – Back to Hotel
• 19.00 pm – Dinner
• 20.30 pm - Fun Party with Games and other Activities

• 24^th November – Whole day in Gozo
• 8.15 am – Departure from Hotel
• 8.45 am - Ferry to Gozo
•            Ferry leaves at 9.00 am
• 10.30 am -  visit of Ggantija Temples in Xaghra & Mithna ta’ Kola
• 12.30 pm -  Lunch at Cittadelle, Victoria –  Gozitan Specialities
• 15.00 pm -  Free time at Ramla Bay (weather permitting);
• 15.30 pm - Dwejra : Inland Sea,  Azur Window and Fungus Rock
• 16.45 pm - Ferry to Malta. It leaves at 17.15 pm

• 25^th Novemeber - San Andrea School and Visit of Mdina
• 8.40am – Arrival of our guests at school
•      Welcome in the Amphitheatre by Ms. Claire, Mr. Stephen,
•      School Captain and School Vice-Captain

• 8.50am – Welcome Performance
•                Flag Dance
•               Reading of Poem by Saffron Roberts
•               PowerPoint Presentation
•    Presentation and Welcome Message from a student representative of
•    Italian, Bulgarian and French Nationals
•    Free time to have a look at our Students’ work related to Comenius
• 
  
• 9.50 am - Foreign Students will join different classes. These students’ ages vary between 12 and 18. They will only stay for the third lesson.
•  
• 10.30 am Short coffee break
•  
• 10.45 am - Food Preparation Activity will start. Students from all the countries will demonstrate the preparation of a typical dish from their country.
•

• 13.30 pm - Food Tasting Activity. All countries will present some traditional snacks and will allow others to taste the different delicacies.
•  
• 14.00 pm - Departure from School to go on the excursion to Ta’Qali Crafts Village and Mdina.
•  
• 26^th  Novemeber - Departure Day for Bulgaria / Poland / Italy Groups
• 27^th November - Departure for the French Group
